Programme Structure:
The Aravis Business Leaders Retreat is a five day experience, commencing on a Sunday evening at the Aravis Retreat in the French Alps and departing on the following Friday afternoon. The programme content is built around the three core skills of executive effectiveness: business strategy, business finance and business leadership.
"If you don't understand the numbers you don't understand your business" In the business finance sessions we make sure you know how to use financial data; how to manage and measure shareholder value; how to deal with analyst and shareholder expectations; how to manage investment decisions, fund business growth and how to make sure you are doing what you must for effective corporate governance.
"If you don't understand the business how can you run it?" In the business strategy sessions we will look at how to manage stakeholder influence in strategy development and execution; how to read and respond to the changes in the business environment, how to develop competitive advantage and deliver higher customer value at lower organisational cost; how to resource strategic options and how to implement strategic change.
"If you don't understand yourself, how can you expect others to follow you?" In the business leadership sessions we help you to challenge and explore your personal leadership style; how to deal with and overcome your own self doubt; how to improve the effectiveness of your interpersonal communications; through the taking of an experiential leadership journey we show you how to develop the social skills which will underpin your own leadership effectiveness.
Programme Logistics: The Aravis Business Leaders Retreat
Fees
€7,000.00 (£5000) Fees include five nights accommodation with full board, tuition and all programme materials. Fees are payable at the time bookings are confirmed. In the event that a delegate wishes to cancel, this notification will be required in writing and is allowed up to eight weeks prior to the programme dates. A charge of 10% will be deducted from refunds to cover administration costs. Cancellations after this time will not be eligible for refund. Similarly, refunds will not be made to executives who fail to turn up. Substitution of delegates will be allowed.
