Programme Structure
The Aravis Executive Renewal Programme is a five day experience. Commencing on a Sunday evening at the Aravis Retreat in the French Alps, and departing on the following Friday afternoon. The Progamme structure focuses upon developing self knowledge and effectiveness through strategies for mastering change, converting knowledge and experience into performance and ultimately providing inspirational leadership that leaves a legacy.
• Mastering Change
As we become more experienced as leaders, we continually clarify and deepen our personal vision. By focusing and exploring your personal vision and values to a deeper level, we will help you to attain a greater understanding of self. As you explore your personal journey so far, and face certain changes and perceived barriers we will help you to focus your energy. You will build upon what you have attained and achieved and discover how these qualities will lead you to your personal vision.
• Inspirational Leadership that leaves a legacy
Using stories from your life and hearing about the lives of others who have made a difference, the question we will explore will be: "Is the life I am living resonant with my values?" Guest speakers will attend this event to tell their inspirational stories of leadership and change, and how they continue their work to ensure their own personal vision and to leave a legacy of hope.
• Converting knowledge and experience into Performance
A substantial body of evidence suggests that Emotional Intelligence (EI) is closely related to success for leaders and managers. We will look at five key areas to help you to understand the emotional content of situations and use your emotional intelligence to improve your effectiveness in dealing with others and to improve and deepen your relationships and ultimately personal and professional performance.
• Social Responsibility
Leaders are powerful people who are able to exercise considerable influence over other people. It is one thing to be a charismatic or inspirational leader, but that is not enough. Using our leadership gifts, skills and abilities in an ethical way is important. We will look at how organisations do not just exist for gain; they are social entities and there is a requirement upon them to act with social responsibility. We will explore the role you play in developing the Leaders of tomorrow to ensure a legacy of social responsibility.

It is aimed at senior executives and business leaders who have significant experience of leading within a fast paced environment. The Location
The stunning setting of the retreat is hidden away in the Aravis Massifs, overlooking Mount Blanc in the French Alps. The unique combination of the retreat and the mountains beyond offers a very unique and special experience. Each delegate will have their own comfortable and welcoming room. Breakfast will set you up for the morning’s activities and a buffet lunch is served daily. Each evening will be an opportunity to relax and enjoy the culinary delights from the Aravis chef. Only the best of local fresh produce is used and after dinner we can relax in the comfortable lounge in front of its open fire. Aravis is just one hour away from Geneva International airport and each delegate will be met personally and transferred by the Aravis fleet of Lexus.
