Eric’s working life is centered in the Advertising and Media world dealing in particular with the Out of Home Medium covering all forms of communication channels including Transport, Billboards, Street Furniture, Airports etc. In recent times the scope of works covered by his companies has expanded to include Mobile and its use as a marketing tool.

Five years ago, Eric’s former business Poster Publicity was merged with similar WPP companies in the Outdoor advertising sector and he has led a management team building Kinetic Worldwide into the global leader at planning and buying advertising campaigns for major blue chip companies these include HSBC, Ford, Vodafone, Unilever amongst many others. He has gained valuable experiences in starting businesses in many countries and Kinetic today has a global network of over 40 offices.Eric is in a fascinating position to discuss what it is like running a small business and the learnings of expanding across international markets before successfully negotiating an effective sale of the business to a FTSE 100 company.
