Jacqui Craig is a Business Coach, Consultant and a facilitator of learning, development and team interventions. She works at board level with senior executives, first line management and with teams. Jacqui has experience of corporate leadership, multi-cultural groups, teams in conflict and virtual team working. Her expertise lies in the subjects of Emotional Intelligent Leadership, professional and personal impact and communication, overcoming professional and performance crisis and creating client/customer focused business environments.

Over the last 20 years Jacqui Craig has held senior management positions with Federal Express International, ODI (Europe) and British Telecommunications. She began her career by successfully managing a sales division of Federal Express and then went on to become responsible for the sales training and development of the European Sales Function. On leaving Federal Express, Jacqui became a consultant at ODI Europe, responsible for implementing Total Quality Management within blue-chip organisations.

As a senior manager with British Telecommunications, Jacqui was a key player in managing the rapid growth of a customer facing division from 60 employees to 7,500 over 4 years. To enable this expansion, HR processes, change initiatives and development programmes were designed, developed and delivered under Jacqui CraigÕs leadership

Jacqui is a qualified executive coach, an accredited EI (Emotional Intelligence) coach, a TMS (Team Management Systems) user and a member of EMCC (European Mentoring and Coaching Council).

Jacqui lives in Bristol where she enjoys her home, hobbies and a busy social life. Jacqui is involved in local community projects where she is able to share her business experience with local charities and funded events.
