Professional focus

* Individual & Leadership Development
* Team development
* Executive coaching

Stephen’s coaching style is engaging yet challenging, always beginning with the individual’s ability to explore his/her personality and self awareness. Stephen’s style places an emphasis on the ‘whole’ person, and no stone is left unturned in order to identify performance opportunities and development needs. His style is designed to create a bond of trust and empathy between himself and the client, and through a focused outcomes-led process, issues can be addressed, limiting behaviour’s and beliefs examined and solutions with agreed courses of action undertaken. In this way, individuals have an opportunity for genuine and lasting change.

Stephen helped to design and then delivered “Performance Coaching” in 1995 whilst at Impact; delivering much of the coaching programs that underpinned the change in culture at the Royal Bank of Scotland. Stephen designed and delivered the trainer training events for the senior RBS coaches becoming the first executive coach assigned to the Bank in 1996.
